I have a passion for helping others. I want to help all of my clients to become the best version of themselves they can be. As a young person, I was extremely active. I was a bit of a tomboy and enjoyed being outdoors. I was an avid runner, and I played many sports including soccer, basketball, and softball. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 15 years now. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and hold CPR/AED certification. I also have trained in martial arts for ten plus years and have a black belt. I use very unconventional training methods incorporating strength training, flexibility training, cardiorespiratory training, boxing, martial arts, and dance. All training programs are tailored to the individual according to what they are looking to accomplish. I can work with you if you want to rehab an injury, lose weight, gain weight/muscle, sports specific training, pre and post natal, seniors etc. I work with all demographics and will tailor the program to address your specific goals and needs.
